4. Ensure current workforse development protocol, (Project management, supervisory training, and federal and state statues applicable to funding sources.

5. Develop plan to generate"new" revenue and decrease deficits,

6. Veterans services (housing assistance, employment training.

7. Personnel Recruitment Specialist.

8. Life Skill building for adults, ages 16-64 focuses on age appropriateness.
